We Don't Just Sell Shoes. We Make Them.
Most shoe brands buy from factories and put their label on the box. Leatherone is the factory. Every model on this page was designed, cut, stitched and finished under our own roof in Gonda — which means we control the leather, the stitching and the fit, down to the last pair.
- 01Selecting the hide
Only full-grain hides make the cut — inspected by hand for grain, thickness and finish.
- 02Cutting & stitching
Uppers are cut and stitched in-house, with seams placed for strength and all-day comfort.
- 03Lasting & sole work
Each shoe is shaped on its last and welted to its sole — the construction that outlasts glued shoes.
- 04Finishing & inspection
Burnishing, polishing and a final pair-by-pair check before a shoe earns the Leatherone name.
